      Be careful of their fees. They aren't upfront regarding them. You will get charged monthly or yearly. They lack clarity or are misleading people.

      I had to us HotSpot once and have been charged for a monthly fee even though I did not agree to it. I will never park any where that uses HotSpot again! I'd give a zero stars rating if that was an option.

      I have an issue with my address not being the right one on my vehicles registration while using the Hotspot App as well as a mountain of misinformation and lack of any answer to my polite requests for any sort of help. As of now the city of Saint john is charging me 1200$ for this mistake and my confusion between the App the company uses and the city. The app has no way for me to contact them via anything besides email. They stopped responding to me after blowing me off three times. I was polite and never rude. Any help here would be appreciated, I have no idea what else to do.
