      Cancom phone support is pathetic. I reported that my internet was down since last Tuesday, and today is the 8th day since I filed the complaint. Their only answer is that they have raised a ticket with ****. There was no confirmation of when the technician would arrive or call back. There is no ownership and no accountability. I would never subject myself to such treatment and would certainly warn anyone who would consider using Cancom. They are happy to cancel the service and made no attempt to solve the problem. The worst part is they want me to pay for the time I did not have the internet working, which is over a week now. This is unfair trade practice.

      The above reviews are fake. Horrible customer service. When there refurbished equipment fails they refuse to send new equipment. Called 4x in 3 months to get new wifi router. They said I could only order one from a manager. I couldnt talk to a manager because they were always unavailable.total scam rip off.

      Hi ****. I am sorry you feel our service was horrible. The first record we have of you contacting us about the router issue was Feb 20th. We gave you instructions on what to try with the router and we would contact you the next day to see what the results were and if we should replace the router. We called the next day with no answer. The manager called again the following day and no answer. As we were not getting a response we closed the ticket. The next time you contacted us was to cancel 2 months later. We did just call today to advise you of what happened and hope you inderstand we would have replaced the router had we had any contact with you. Thank you for using Can Com and we wish you all the best.
