    I was misinformed by the customer service rep (who was very eager to solicit at the outset) as to the course content. I requested a refund the first day I opened the module (which is a prerecorded lecture). What ensued was 50 emails with failed attempts on their end for "tutor" sessions which they wanted to offer in lieu of a refund. These all happened on BST when I am in BC, Canada and time zones differ greatly. They stood me up every time. I was working with the head of the customer service rep for a private tutorial when they ghosted me altogether and stopped responding at all. I really gave them so many of my hours trying to sort this issue out and started to feel like their entire platform is a huge scam! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!
