    Kerrisdale Custom Tailors (************************************************************************************) left a hole on my new shirt.I took my shirt (August 1st, 2024) to have it hemmed at the bottom. When I picked it up a week later, I noticed that it was hemmed too short. The man I spoke to said he would lengthen it and to come pick it up a week later from the date it was dropped.I called them on the phone on Tuesday (August 13th) and he said that he could not find my item and that he would contact me later when he'd find it. He never did. I called them the next day (Wednesday, August 14, 2024) and was told to come pick it up. So I did, and to my dismay, when I got back home I noticed that there was a hole on my (new, never worn) shirt. I called them to complain and the man refused to acknowledge their mistake.Furthermore, I need to clarify that this business always demands customers to pay full in advance, unlike any other alteration places. First time I visited, the older woman who assisted me never provided a ticket number of some sort, all they ever asked me was my last name. And twice I've been there, they always had trouble finding my items.The owners of this place can be extremely rude and entitled.My shirt had cost me a little over $100, and they ruined it.Thanks kindly for your attention.
