On the 19th of Jan, Kymani O**** contacted me on the ****** website that he can ship my car from Brampton to Edmonton. He gave me his company website and toll free number and cell ********** He asked me to pay 50% of the shipping cost to secure the quote and the balance 50% when I drop off the car for shipping. I made both transfers to him on Feb 14 and Feb 25 respectively. . I checked the website of the company. We made all contacts through the the toll free number and emails. See attached our communication we exchanged during the period. He asked me to go drop the car at one of their partners warehouse facility where he will pick the car to ship. He gave me the contact of the warehouse ( ** ********* *********** ***) Contact name is ********* ****** ***** ****** **********. I called and arranged the drop off of the car on the 26 Feb, ********* made a copy of my vehicle and drivers license, to confirm I was the rightful owner of the car. One week after I arrived Edmonton, there was no update to my car shipment. I called him and he said there was a snow storm in Toronto and that affected the container from getting on the train. Two weeks later, still no updates or reply to my calls and emails. On the 3rd week, he sent me a tracking number, when I used the tracking number on their website, it shows that my car is in transit. I called ********* to confirm if my car has been picked up, but he said that my car was still in his warehouse and has now accumulated upto $1500 in storage . If I paid $1700 for the shipping of my car, it was obvious that Kymani was never going to pay $1500 to get out my car from storage. I begged ********** to give me my car and he said he pays rent for his storage business and I will have to pay to get my car back. I begged and begged and he finally accepted to take $1000 plus tax . I lost more than $3000 and car still not shipped I also believe he had access to my ***** account and deleted his emails using the tracking link.

March 14th 2023 I had chosen northern pacific freight for a vehicle shipped across provinces through shiply.I had paid 150 deposit and an upfront payment of ******* for transportation fees. ****** was paid towards a towing company I paid out of pocket. It's been 10 days and my vehicle was sitting at ***** transfer *** in ****** and was about to be impounded by the **************. *********************** failed to ship my vehicle and is in breach of contract. I requested a refund for failed services and have yet to receive my funds or acknowledgement of funds to be returned. They have been lying about arranging pick up through ***** towing and I contacted them and spoke with **** who had informed ****** on Wednesday that my vehicle would be impounded if it isn't moved. I took matters into my own hand and asked a family member to retrieve my vehicle. Still I am getting emails saying they are trying to resolve the issue and no one has heard from ***********************. I want a full refund from the company with no service charges because he hasn't been able to provide the service. I handled payment of towing and it was ridiculous. *********************** is vp of northern pacific and in charge of logistics. Yet he couldn't handle anything related to that. I want a full refund of $******* CAD.

I have attached emails regarding transportation. As well as the amount I had paid. Also I just want to state I had to arrange for family to pick up my vehicle or it would have been towed by Friday 24th, 2023. ***** ************ in ****** had told me that if it wasn't picked up it was going to end up in an impound lot by the city. ****** claimed he would provide pick up on a Saturday 25th stated in an email. ***** Transfer is closed on weekends. This company has cost me a total of $1079.33 for services they couldn't provide. I have done everything in my ability to not have further unforeseen costs accumulate based on their poor business practices.
