      ***** them. They are unreliable. They had website archiving via *********** but then at a certain point brought it in-house. They did not notify customers of this change. The current firm I'm with had data loss of website archives for a good period of time with no notification from them. We only found out when we had an *** audit and they were unable to provide the data files. They did nothing to remedy this and customer service was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. They are still very unresponsive and say they will get back to you but then it's crickets. There are other solutions in the market that are competitive in pricing and provide way better support.

      Literally the worst "software" product I have ever had to deal with in my entire life... this company scams small businesses and locks them into predatorily long contracts, despite their product not working.
