    Consumer Complaint Against ************************* (******** ***********)Submitted by: ********* ****** Country: ******* Email: *************************** Date: March 27, 2025 Details of the Transaction:Dates of the transactions: December 2024 March 2025 Amount paid: $36 USD (four charges of $9 each)What the business committed to provide: Access to branding and logo design services via an active subscription to ************************* Nature of the Dispute:Despite not using any of the services during the above period, my account was charged four times. I did not authorize these charges, and I discovered that I was unable to cancel the subscription or delete my account through the website interface due to technical limitations.Attempts to Resolve the Problem:I contacted Logome.ais support team multiple times via email to request cancellation and a refund. I either received no response or only generic and unhelpful replies. The cancellation option was not available in my account, and the account was only deleted after several support requests. The company has not made any effort to resolve the billing issue or to refund the unauthorized charges.Advertising (if applicable):This issue does not involve advertising.Requested Resolution:I formally request a full refund of $36 USD for the unauthorized charges made between December 2024 and March 2025. I believe these charges were unfair and not in accordance with good business practices. I respectfully ask the Better Business Bureau to help facilitate this refund and to review the conduct of ************************* to protect other ************ my request, my account has been deleted from the website.
