    Used them to file a paper work with the ******************* They have given various excuses over the past 6 months on why we have not seen progress. They eventually said they filed the paperwork with them and provided a fake file number that the BC ************* says they dont have on file. They have legal contracts in their possession that I need and have not returned after numerous phone calls and in person visits. ** *** ****** ******* ******* *** **** ******** **** ** *** ** *** *** ***** *****

    We are seeking tonreokve this matter and anticipate return and file closure within the next two weeks. Please note no further sum of monies was collected for this. We did this as courtesy to *******************. *** was informed of my medical problem which he considered to be not relevant to him. I am looking to resolve this matter amicably.**************** has to refrain from reaching out to us by yelling at us. We want to keep it professional but he decides to drop in and tell at any given time. We are asking you to help us mediate this matter further with ***************.

    I am rejecting this response because: we provided documentation about 8 months ago to Global Unity. She has kept giving excuse after excuse as to why can not return our legal documents back to us. Every time we call or visit she says she is sick or needs more time to find the documents. We need these documents back as they are important.
