    Blacklab is an excellent computer store. It’s great to have a place with someone that you can discuss what you want in an educated fashion, unlike the regular big box stores that pressure you into buying the computer that is on sale to move units. Keith listened to what I wanted and needed and came up with a great computer at a good price. He’s very approachable and told me to give him a call with any questions or concerns. I heartily recommend Blacklab computers to anyone who needs a computer to either purchase or repair.

    I've been into Blacklab computers for my lap top repair twice in the past five years and both times I have received quick responses and awesome service to repair my old lap top. I come from Whiterock to Fleetwood to go to this business I trust with my valuable information!

    My hard drive died. I have been to blacklab before for some minor things and after looking on the internet for data recovery i thought i would give them a try. Keith took a look at the drive and said it was severely damaged. It was completely encased by dust. he managed to recover all of my data and programs and basically cloned the drive. It was a slow process but well worth the wait. There was some very important data on the drive. I can't say enough about how grateful I was to retrieve all of my data. I highly recommend Keith for his knowledge and professionalism and will have no problem calling him in the future

    My 6 year old laptop suddenly died. Among other issues, the hard drive was no longer functional. Keith at Blacklab was able to find a way to retrieve the data (350 Gb) from the bad drive and port it on to another laptop and the day after I brought it in I was back up and running with all of my data.. Great service!
