      I had a rainbow salesperson one to my house. I thought I would just get a air purifier but ended up with a full vacuum. Tried to cancel within the 10 days but no one would call me back. Would like to have it returned

      Hello,

      Please take into consideration that only customers that were initially contacted by our office are entitled to get the 10 days cancelation policy. As for the contract authorized by the customer states that the customer was approached initially not by the company's representative,  the sale cannot be cancelled. 

      Moreover,  our office hasn't received any requests for the cancelation within 10 days anyway.

      The customer was referred by *********** ******* ******* who is not the representative of our company. As the result, the 10 days cancellation policy is not applied.

      Even if it's applied, to cancel the contract, the customer must send us fax or registered letter within 10 days from the date of the purchase to cancel the contract as for the regulations.

      We were shown a demonstration of their Rainbow product, their claim that it would help allergies and overall health. To our dismay I broke out in full body hives and my health did not improve until we turned off the product. They claim that there are instructions to return the product on the back of our agreement but it is unclear and the sellers are refusing to help or explain. We are well within our 10 day trial and would like to cancel. But we were not given an email and the phone number that's listed is unavailable and non existent! This company is a ****, and should not be able to do this. I want to return the product and not be stuck paying for something that I cannot use and that worsens my health! This is absolutely ridiculous.
