    Hired ********************* to do handyman work in my condo. Had the paint recipe, where to buy it and the color, with pictures from another condo. The paint should have come from Cloverdale Paint as requested, but ********************* said that she could color match it from ***************************. She did not confirm with me the paint color, only asked for a 'swatch' later. BM uses ****** ************************* and the color of some of my walls, when I came home, were blue, not off white. She got the right paint, charged me for it. Then said it was my fault, charged me ****** for labor to change it and had the changes for me to sign or she would stop work. My condo was in shambles and I am in my 60's and unable to do this work. As per her estimate, high end of the quote was 5600.00-5800.00 and in the end I had to pay her *******. She took the paint I paid for, didn't complete the other work and didn't complete the entire paint job, just the walls. Her demeanor was intimidating and unprofessional. She didn't have a business account and I put the final draft in her business name; she hounded me to meet her to change it and I refused. She finally opened a business account and put her draft in it. To everyone who pays for services like this, do not use this person or her father (who is her 'for cash' helper, so she has no coverage for him with WCB, putting your homeowner insurance at risk. Neither of them pays taxes on this income paid to her father. In closing, please do not take the chance with SRK Designs; you won't get a proper invoice; hers said 'design and labor *******' when she gave me very little in the 'design' component. I am now having to hire someone else to finish the work she left, but charged for, and didn't come back to complete. This alone will put me over ******* overbudget, but my home is not complete due to ********************* taking things apart and not finishing them.
