5 starsExcellent service, very knowledgeable and thorough! They trimmed branches off the two sets of large Douglas Firs on each side of our property, inspected the health of the trees, and chipped & removed the branches. They even bucked the larger branch stems for us to use as firewood. Would gladly use them and again and refer anyone to them without hesitation.Review fromLeonard P

We were given a fair and accurate quote in a short amount of time. A Booking for the work within a few days. They arrived ahead of time were done quickly. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The team from the office and the work site were polite and professional.

March 1st, 2024, during the windstorm on January 9th, we experienced significant damage caused by a tree snapping in half and hitting our house. On assessing the trees between ourselves and our neighbour, we identified a danger tree that was a risk to both our properties. If it or part of this large tree fell it would damage our neighbour's septic field, our house, water supply system and a new shed. Elevated Tree Service Inc. gave us the best quote to handle this complex task. The 120-foot tree was beside and leaning over the septic and dropping branches and tree trunk sections onto it was not an option. They used a brilliant technique in the logging industry called a running skyline (like a zip line) to ferry branches over the cistern field to the driveway for chipping. The tree trunk sections were lowered down by ropes, cut into manageable sections, and removed. The lads were punctual, communicated well with the us, were skilled and knowledgeable. Certified Arborists, they took pride in their work, left the area cleaner than on arrival. Customer satisfaction was important to all of them, from the crew to the office staff. These folks are professionals. I rate their service 10 out of 10! LeighElevated Tree Service

I was referred to this company by my neighbor for a tree removal on a neighboring property. I emailed them and received a reply within 24 hours. We made an appointment for an estimate and they arrived at the appointed time. The estimate came in at the same price as others but included extra work, including moving the wood onto my property and bucking it to firewood length rounds. The estimate was a digital format and all I had to do was click on the " approve " link to confirm. We agreed on a date and I even received 2 email reminders of the work date. They arrived a few minutes BEFORE their start time! They worked hard and fast on a complicated tree removal due to nearby power lines and homes. Their cleanup work was very thorough. The entire crew was respectful, courteous and professional. The final bill matched the initial quote and I received my paid invoice the next day. A well run company of professionals. I would not hesitate to use their services again.Elevated Tree Service
