    Although I had high hopes for *********** Plus, my experience left me underwhelmed. The platform's interface was a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. It seemed like it could use a significant upgrade to be on par with competitors. I also encountered occasional delays in trade execution, which made me uneasy, particularly in fast-moving markets.Customer support was hit or miss. At times, they were responsive and helpful, but on other occasions, it felt like I was navigating through a maze to get a simple query addressed.Moreover, the fees and spreads were somewhat on the higher side compared to what's available elsewhere.
