The first appointment things went ok.T he practitioner Nicole (Or Nykol) seemed professional if a bit stressed. You can't really tell any thing from the first appointment so I waited 6 weeks for my second appointment. My second appointment was hell. Upon arrival Nicole asked how the brows were. I said the shape was good but pointed out a few areas where it was more faded and shared I like to go darker and a bit thicker. We talked about shape and colour for a while as I explained the look I was going for and what I thought would achieve this. When I suggested we add a little black into the brown she looked shocked and said "*** ****** *** ****** ***". I should have seen this for the red flag that it was. As the procedure began, it certainly hurt - even more than the first time. I asked if anything was different as the pain was more intense. This was half way through the first brow. It was then she said I was suggesting she would cheap out on freezing and that I was attacking her work ethic and trying to take over her artistry with my suggestions. I am in pain half tattooed and frozen and I have to talk this "professional" off her emotional ledge explaining that I was only sharing my desired look and experience. After 15 minuted of coaxing and apologizing (for something I did not believe I did) and her going to cool off on a walk, I finally convinced her to sit down and finished the job - only if I remained silent. I bore the pain and discomfort. She left freezing on my eyelids the entire time she did my brows (over 1.5hours) before beginning to work on my eye liner. At the end of the appointment I sat up and looked in the mirror only to find I couldn't see well out of one eye. In fact, there was a huge blister in my eye! I paid, and walked across the street to an optometrist who told me I had a chemical burn and had to have my eye repeatedly flushed and taped shut for over 20 hours. 4 days later, luckily, my eye was finally back to normal. Do not go here.
