Pushy, condescending staff. They are very ***** to grt reviews and most are very clearly friends 9r family (confirmed by staffs open social media pages linked to individuals providing reviews)Admission by their own staff that mass firings take place and customer files are dropped on the next unexpected employee. I spoke to the manager and she is a dip and speaks to you like you are a child. There is no more of a disrespectful company than Swift

This company are a big Froud , they traying to get me to say i was disable my doctor dint approved so i took them of my *** account they put me in collections been traing to have them remove the false charges of $1400 they charging me to not have there name on my cra , when i call them they told me to log in to my cra account and take pictures of my computer screen and send it in i did and still they dint remove the charges , the collection agency told me that i need it to contact swifft to have that removed , been traying to call them for months always busy live a message will call you back i live message and no one calls me back , i will be filling in small claims court if they dont respond to me .**** *****Swift Disability Services Ltd.

5 starsKrissy took over for another gal that left and she took care of me completely. I was very hesitant to use the service thinking it felt like a scam until others told me I had nothing to lose by trying. She helped find me a substantial amount that the government said I wasnt entitled to, and she advocated for me and won. Im so pleased I stuck it out. 5 starsI am extremely delighted to recommend Swift Disability I have been using their services for 3 years now and at first, I was not sure my mom would be eligible for the disability tax credit. I was given the run around with Service Canada and it was hard to always be on the phone for hours as my mom was sick in and out of hospital. I saw the add and decided to contact Swift Disability and it was the best decision I ever made. I spoke to River W, and she took over for me. She explained their fees and the process. She was knowledgeable, prompt, empathetic and very efficient in dealing with the *** and any forms the ** had to fill out for my mom. She provided me with the best service, and I was relieved when we did receive our disability tax credit. I think any company should count themselves lucky to have an employee as bright and dedicated as River. River, *******, and the team were so efficient in getting back to me. It took a great deal of stress of my shoulders; I just want to say I wholeheartedly recommend Swift Disability to anyone. Thank you, River, and the whole team, for standing by me and mom.
