This auction site is letting companies sell fake items. I have reached out and no replies from this place. This auction site in an enabler to counterfeit items. I won this auction: ************************************************************************************ And this one: ***************************************************************************************************************** Once received I sent them to get authenticated by one of the best authenticators in the world (***** ****** Authentication). I received the news by *** that the autographs were not signed by the athletes as there were many inconsistencies. I have attached scanned images of the photos, denial letters, authentication invoice. I want a resolution to this issue as I have paid a lot of money for something that turned out to be fake. Failure to respond will result in legal action.Thank you,***** *******

iCollector.com is an online auction platform for auctioneers to list their items online. We do not authenticate or deal with any of the online lots/items as per our terms and conditions. It is the consumer's responsibility to verify all items before bidding online with the auction houses. We will reach out to ***** to get him in contact with the auction house to see how this can be resolved.

This company hosts several auction companies for bidding. I experienced major ***** in a bid I had made and iCollector did absolutely nothing to try and help resolve the matter. **** *** **** ****** repeating the same information over and over. They insist that I bid 3000.00 in error for an item that was worth 50-75 dollars. I know for a fact I placed a bid for 30.00 dollars. Somehow, somewhere, my max bid was changed from 30.00 to 3000.00 and no one is taking the blame. ***** ******* ******* tells us to call iCollector to resolve our issue and iCollector says we have to go to ***** *******s Auction without helping me or giving me any information I ask for. I asked for the bidding history on the Item I supposedly won for $2000 and they refused to give it to me, telling me I need to get that information from ***** ******* Auction, and the girl literally told me they probably wouldn't give me that information. iCollector is the HOST, they should also have that history. iCollector needs to actually help out the people making purchases online. They are protecting the auction company and not their consumers. I have been bidding in auctions for years and never experiences such poor treatment. SOMEONE changed my bis and ALSO DROVE THE BID UP TO $2000.00 for an item literally listed on iCollector's site worth 50-75 dollars. Why would anyone bid thousands of dollars for an item that is worth ********** nothing? iCollector claims someone else one the bid, and called to cancel, having me win out of default. They also did not answer my call or emails prior to charging my card on a SUNDAY. I have already disputed the charge and submitted a claim against them with British Colombia Consumer complaints. They must be in cahoots with ***** *******s Auction.

We received the BBB complaint that a bidder on our platform stating he did not place a $3000 bid online.  We have emailed ***** ***** the bidding history on his account which includes his bidding history with amounts, dates and IP Addresses for the ***** *******s Sale. We have email confirmation from Larry that this indeed is his account. I have provided screenshots showing his bidding history and the $3000 bid placed also our email history stating this information. Thank you

I am still confident that I made a 30.00 bid on an item listed on their website valued for at most 75.00. I have been purchasing items on this site for years and have never had an issue, nor been treated thusly. In addition, I am on other auction sites, also for years, and have never had an issue. We have asked for proof multiple times about the bidding history on the item to which we were literally told "you have to ask ***** ******* Auction, but they wont give it to you". Nothing provided to us by this company proves someone didn't alter my original bid of 30.00. I want to know who would bid $2000 for an item worth $75. If icollector is not, in fact, involved in illegal bidding activity with ***** ******* Auction, then they should do their due diligence for their customers and research companies more carefully before they host them on their site.  You can look up ***** *******s Auction and read all the poor reviews against them. They are also practically brand new, opening within the last two years.

I would hope that icollector is there to protect their customers, but instead, they insist on covering for a shady company that is known for their poor quality and mysterious bids. Please look up reviews on any site you can, and anyone can see where the problem is coming from. Not a single one of their unhappy customers had their issues resolved.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
We have provided Larry Adams with the necessary information of the bidding history which shows his account bidding online for that item for that price. I apologize if he feels it was not given the information on a timely matter however, it was provided. iCollector.com is the technology company that provides auction houses a platform to post their online auctions. We do strongly value our online bidders however, we cannot guarantee the pricing of lots and the bids that bidders place. We have never received any complaints regarding ***** *******s online auctions.

    Hello,

Again, the respondent is claiming to provide information we requested but they have not, in fact, provided any information I have requested myself. They are trying to write off the issue and blame someone else.

If pricing and bidding can not be guaranteed by the hosting company and they are in fact binding, they should not be hosting auctions. They are only protecting the auctioneers, not the consumers. Someone needs to protect the consumers and until iCollector does their due diligence, we do not intend on changing our position. A hosting company should do their research prior to allowing an auction company to participate. Multiple people have complained on multiple sites and I find it hard to believe iCollector has not. And if someone did call in regarding that company, they would be in this same situation: **** ** *** ignored.
