    Hi, I have purchased a Regency wood insert fireplace from Bridge woodworks for $5670.00and it was installed and tested by them on Sep 2021. When I used the fireplace for the first time (Dec 17th) noticed a major issue that the fire place cannot be reloaded. It works fine when you put some logs and burns but the second you open the door to reload, it's like there is no suction from chimney, all the smoke rushes in. I have reported this to them, they came and tested it and noticed it right away, so they documented the issue ( video clips for Regency) and said that they are going to fix it. If you look at my very patient polite text messages you will see that they are ignoring me, first communication was super slow and now they don't even respond. I have called Regency to have them fix, they told me to only deal with contractor ( bridge Woodworks) and did not take any responsibility. Now, I have a fireplace that spent a lot of money and is useless as cannot reload. They are completely ignoring me after giving me run arounds for months. Please let me know how you can help. I appreciate it.
