- Refund and Exchange Policy
If client/customer takes home an article of clothing they have up to 2 weeks to return if wrong size, or rips, or button/beads come off. So long as the item returned is not stained or purposely altered.
If we have said item still in stock we will exchange.
If item is no longer in stock we will either give full refund or order in same item again at no charge.
If it is handcrafted in spa by one of our practitioners, we will fix the item up to twice if client/customer do not wish to return said item.
All Organic items are non-refundable.
Yoga Items are returnable up to 2 weeks, so long as no staining, dirty (been used outdoors), or been purposely altered ( name written on item)
