I have been trying to find my daughter for the last 15 years. I have recently found her through adopted.com and am extremely excited to be in contact. I have been able to talk by phone her and find out about her life. We would not have connected if it had not been for adopted.com, their website and algorithm and helpful staff. I found this site from some suggestions for anothet situation. I went on the site without much hope, and within seconds of me filling out my profile, I found the woman I had placed for adoption. I have reached out to her and just waiting for a reply, but the algorithm was remarkable.Adopted.com

I have been working with the fabulous staff at Adopted.com for several years looking for my biological daughter who was adopted when I was 18. They have been astonishingly helpful, supportive, and efficient in providing assistance with my search. Together, they have helped me try many ways to find my daughter in a sensitive and confidential way. I recently tried uploading DNA data from an older profiling service, but the file size was too unwieldy to use. Adopted.com staff provided valuable answers to helping select a service that would work with this website. They did not tell me which service to use, but combined with the information on DNA service partners on the website I was able to select 23andMe whose data outputs are fully compatible with Adopted.com's database. As it turns out, the results I just received from 23andMe included the name of my daughter (from their database), and I have sent her a message. I also was able to send this information to her birth mother, whom I have remained in contact with just in case such a chance could be possible. This is an exciting and expectant time in a search I did not know whether it would ever succeed. I have Adopted.com staff to thank for their generous assistance that has led to this discovery and fulfillment of one part of a long quest. Bravo to the wonderful folks at Adopted.com!Adopted.com

Within 5 minutes of entering my date of birth and state where I was born, I was looking at a picture of my mother. There was no question it was her. We look alike. We met in person the very next day. We only live 25 minutes from each other.Adopted.com

I found my bio mother in a round about way and it all started with adopted.com so I'm very appreciative of the services and connections here. I had no idea what I would find when I started this journey but locating 2 half-sisters and a living bio mom is pretty much the jackpot, isn't it.Adopted.com

I found my daughter after 32 years just by putting in her birthday and the state where she was adopted. I was 5 minutes into my search and I found her. She had a picture on her profile so I knew instantly. Im very grateful!Adopted.com
