    I ordered an intercooler and stainless exhaust from him last fall for my ****** Landcruier 91 HDJ80. I reached out to him over a month ago and asked for either a refund or to ship me the parts. He said no problem refunding the parts. It has been over a month - no refund, no parts and he is ignoring my attempts to contact him. I have called, left messages, sent texts and emails weekly with no response.He also does business under the name *************** at ******************************** His direct number is ************

    Customer ordered parts and was arranging a mutual party to transport to him in ***. Customer then was indecisive about whether or not he wanted the parts in the end, and we did not hear from him for many months. 

    6+ months after the original purchase, customer contacted us and indicated that he was still on the fence about keeping the parts or not, and we agreed that we would consider a refund, even though it was well beyond any reasonable return period.

    Our business was the victim of significant employee theft and compounded with the postal strike, lost access to the company bank account. This was explained to customer on contact, and it was made clear that he would be refunded when it was possible for us to do, minus a reasonable restocking fee. 

     

    he has since been refunded IN FULL without any restocking fees, credit card charges or other penalties. 

     

    Our business has also had to absorb the credit card fees of over $500 in addition to giving him back all of his money paid, 10 months after the original purchase. 

    At no time since the contact in the fall did customer ask for us to arrange shipping of the parts, which were here on hand, and instead decided to escalate and defame us.

     

    This issue is more than resolved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory.    It is unfortunate that ******* ****, the business owner, chose to be dishonest and not do the right thing to begin with.  Unfortunately this demonstrates a lack of integrity.

    These are the  facts that he is well aware of.  I can provide copies of all messages, log of my phone calls and receipts.

    -The parts were ordered and paid for on 08/14/24 - not 6 or 10 months ago as he stated.  

    - I contacted him 01/06/25 and requested a refund.   He said he would issue a refund by the end of the week.  He never discussed with me any issues regarding an employee, theft, postal strike, or losing access to a bank account. 

    - Since talking to him on 01/06/25, he ignored phone calls, text messages and emails requesting to just talk to me so I could understand what the holdup on the return was.  To date, he has not communicated with me since our conversation on 01/06/25

    - A partial refund was issued on 2/11/25 minus $115 so he did not issue a full refund.
