    Highly recommended. If he has availability; don't miss out. Rogier installed a support post/footing and beam to open concept my living space. A foundation wall, framing walls and ceiling addition. He has honest pricing and worked with my engineer to find solutions to renovation headaches that popped up. Communication - Prompt and effective. He wouldn't give dates without giving it great consideration to his other clients but would get back to me within about 24hrs with a plan. Effectiveness - Exceptional! Words can't describe my gratitude. He worked tirelessly to save our renovation timeline and fit us into his busy schedule. Quality - Impressive cuts that fit like a glove into the grooves. Treat him with respect and be flexible with his schedule and he will honor you with the same. Fred is an extremely hard worker, flexible and upbeat. He's also an artist so ask to check out his snow leopard soapstone! Best of luck on your projects!
