    My "shed" (used as a work studio) was finally complete with all details taken care of on July 6, 2023. On October 18, ****************************************************************************************************************** the ceiling. I asked for someone to come and take care of the leak, the response was "I'll come as soon as it stops raining". Oct. 27 I was told they would be here by 10am (no show), Oct 29th I was text "I'm about 30 min away", by 1pm I was told there was a waterproof vapor barrier placed underneath the tin roof. On Nov 2 (after another heavy rain) I find the flooring again covered in water in a different area and communicate to the company again. They respond right away and tell me they will come ASAP (telling me to put something under the leak and use a fan in the meantime). They arrived the same day and nailed a tarp covering 4/5ths of the roof. Nov 3, they expressed ownership of the situation and text me they would be back as soon as there were sunny days to redo the roof. Dec 5th I have another leak, this time over the end of the studio where the electrical got wet (the area not covered by the tarp). Today is February 9th and I still have a tarp covering 4/5ths of the studio and no one has been back to fix it even after numerous texts of communcation asking for someone to return. I would like the roof completed properly.

    I went there prior to this and placed a tarp on roof and said we would take care of problem when rain had gone and we had some nice days to get the problem fixed. We put a tarp on on Nov 6 and the customer texted on Dec 6 said there was a leak. I asked her to provide a pic of the leak. Failed to do so. So I went on Feb 16 24 and we re tyvexed the roof and added new tin screws to the top.. again had an issue. So on Feb 23 I went and caulked all the heads of the screws. But of course because it's raining so bad it failed to adheir. Now customer is texting asking to have the tarp put back up on the roof. This is a ******* isn't supposed to be used as a work station. I went again today Feb 28th 2024 and reinstalled the tarp as per customer's request.
