Recently I had a very difficult time getting a set of approved plans to the city building department to obtain a permit for a restaurant. As I searched the web for a designer I came across Dave Nicol Design. After briefly talking to him I knew instantly I had found who I was searching for. I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness of this firm. Communication is important when dealing with changes from afar, and this firm was on point every step of the way. Dave went above and beyond my expectations, he made me feel like he valued me as a client. There is no doubt who I will be using on all future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for design services. 5 star service!!!

**** was a big help with our ensuite addition plus basement secondary suite. **** does more than just draw up the floorplans. He has great design suggestions, and insight into the municipal requirements. The plan set was complete upon first submission. The few minor adjustments that were necessary were unrelated to the plans. I fully recommend **** for creation of drawings for renovation or home construction projects.Dave Nicol Design
