    Bought video on line at low price with 14 day free trial to their program with cancelation policy. Notified them by phone and email and canceled prior to 14 days.My credit card was billed for monthly membership fee of 47 dollars anyway. Never have spoken to a person live when I call customer service and emails not addressed as to issue. Still pursing this. Bad customer service.

    I did not like being conned to buy a program at $9.95 based on 1st 100 advertising scheme and then finding at checkout theycharged me $37.96 further without my agreeing they charged me $6.66 for a program that was an upsell which i never wanted...***** ********* ******* *** ********* ************...created a great deal of stress.
