    I called BROMELYS, on a Friday, for a quote on trimming a large maple. ****** (owner) told me I'd have it by Monday. Nothing. He forgot. Tuesday he said I would receive it when he gets off work. Nothing. Wednesday he said he didn't know how to 'work the app' that he would drop it off on Thursday after work. I open my front door, and he approaches my home with a paper in his hand while asking for a pen. APPARENTLY he STILL had NOT wrote up the quote, because....get this...."he could not find a pen!!!!!" SERIOUSLY????? I had to laugh because I have never heard anything so LAME, from a grown man that supposedly runs a company of several employees. Won't be getting any references from me!!!! ( I could not post this without a star, so he gets a negative 1)
