  In my opinion Mr. ********************** in Kamloops preys on seniors. My parents are seniors, their bedroom ensuite was flooding so they called Mr. ********************** for help. When Mr. ********************** arrived they charged a Diagnosis fee for taking over 10 minutes to find the cause of the flooding, so you would assume they would have found what was causing the leak or at least the nearest leak to the area that was flooding, It is my opinion that they decided to look for secondary leaks so that they could come back multiple times and make unnecessary charges. The leak that was causing the flooding was in the ensuite wall but instead of fixing that leak they decided to climb under the trailer and open the belly pan to look for secondary leaks to fix (they found one from a rodent bite), this allowed them to charge for additional technicians, confined entry, and additional hours. They then claimed on the invoice that they Repaired a exposed plastic water line up to 2 and tested the system, but they never even turned the water back on. Later that night after I call my parents to learned that the water was not running and I had then turn it back on, it immediately started flooding again so we turned it back off and called them back again in hopes that they would make this right. Mr. ********************** showed up the next day and instead of diagnosing why the ensuite was flooding they climbed under the trailer and fixed another leak they found at the opposite end of the trailer that could not possibly be causing the flooding and an exposed section of hot water line that they were called to repair, but again this allowed them to charge for additional technicians, confined entry, and additional hours. Total bill for both visits just over $1,600.00. They left again without testing and the ensuite floor flooded as soon as the water was turned on, instead of calling them back again I called Roto-********************** who showed up and found the leak in the wall with-in minutes and fixed it for under $200.

  I contacted Mr Rooter Kamloops regarding a frozen pipe. The lady I spoke with said it would be a $94 travel fee and we would not be charged any more unless we approved a quote. I confirmed they could work on 500ft line and she agreed. The tech came a couple days later and charged $404.25 without any approval and said they can't work on lines that long. I have been arguing with the company to get money back because he shouldnt have been sent out at all if that was the case, and we were told we would not be charged more than the travel fee without our consent. The company has the phone call in their records and has reviewed it and just claim the lady I spoke with didn't know better and refuse to honor the information she provided. I would highly recommend you avoid as they will tell you one thing and then charge another. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
