    While entering ********************** with the intention to do some quick shopping I encountered a drug addict who was furiously filing off identifying information on a stolen bicycle. I thought Id do the right thing and found two Guardteck employees who were just standing around chatting. After telling them of the situation they thanks me and said theyd take care of it. As I was about to leave I see the same addict, still with the same stolen bicycle, only now he was smoking meth. All on mall property. I go out of my way and find the same two Guardteck employees standing around and chatting again. After approaching them and asking what they were doing they responded with Theres nothing we can do.I said I understood why they might be reluctant to confront the individual, but explained they could, and should call the police. After all, there are children all around. They again said theyd dealt with it, but continued to stand around. This is definitely, and by far, the biggest joke of a security company in ******. And if youre a business who is honestly seeking security, I employ you to find a company other than Guardteck.
