    Paid $1350 for a home inspection June 1st that was promised to come with warranty for problems that arise after the inspection that the inspectors may have missed. Something came up immediately upon possession and they at first were going to work with us to resolve the issue but have since switched up and are no longer willing to work with us. False advertising of warranty and rude and unprofessional behaviour.

    We are disappointed to see your complaint. 

     

    As we have previously stated to you in phone conversations and emails, you advised us that you discovered the defect during your final walkthrough, and we want to clarify that this should have been addressed with the seller at that time. 

     

    The defect was not visible during our inspection as it appeared to be deliberately covered. As we have told you several times, we conducted the inspection fully in line with industry standards of practice. 

     

    While we continue to acknowledge your frustration, we must emphasize that your continued threatening and constant attempts to damage our business reputation simply because you are unhappy with our findings is neither fair nor constructive. 

     

    We take pride in our work, as evidenced by the many five-star reviews from satisfied customers who have appreciated our thorough and professional service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    it was not discovered during the final walk through and that was never stated. It was discovered shortly after we fully moved in. The visible part was not covered, thats been proven with photos. We have tried to reach out to you as you keep saying you are still there for further questions yet you do not reply. You missed this and hopefully others take your negative reviews seriously and save themselves a headache.
