  Choosing The Pipe Mechanic to replace our toilets was the best decision we made for our home! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They guided us through selecting the perfect toilets for our needs and handled the installation with precision and care. Our new toilets work perfectly and look great. I can't thank The Pipe Mechanic enough for their exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch plumbing expertise!

  TLDR: *****, The Pipe Mechanic saved the day! Great communication. Fair price. Trustworthy. Competent. Highly recommend.I've had a slow leak in my place for long time, and by the time I discovered it the issue, my drywall in my downstairs bathroom was crumbling on top of me. For three weeks I've been searching for someone to and deal with this problem. When I was referrred to The Pipe Mechanic, he showed up right away and recognized the immediacy of the job. He rescheduled another job to prioritize this problem first. He identified a T intersection requiring replacement. The pipes are very old and made out of cast iron, complicating the extraction of the pipe to require bracing or risk the infrastructure collapsing under it's own weight. ***** communicated he would require additional cost and time would be needed complete the extra and repair. In four hours, and $750 later (including parts and labour) the project is complete and I feel compelled to write him a glowing review. Thank you *****. Blessings.

  We hired The Pipe Mechanic Ltd. to do a really complex job on a commercial/residential building we purchased and it saved us a lot of stress and money.The other quotes we got were upward of $60,000 for work including a broken sewer main without even looking in to alternative solutions. ***** was thinking outside the box and worked with the city to tie into a better location that brought the price down by more than half, and worked with the City to get them to do a chunk of the work. His skills with other aspects of the job, like excavating, also saved us money and time because he didn't have to hire additional subcontractors.We were also impressed by how they came prepared with the right tools and materials, just got to work, and plowed through the job quickly and efficiently when other companies seem to find excuses to drag them out. Its been 7 months and we are still waiting on the Electrician to finish his part of the work for Example. I only wish The Pipe Mechanic also did electrical work.
