      I sent them a deposit on a trailer, I do not wish to continue with the purchase and they will not give me my deposit back. I have tried contacting them and they refuse.

      Good morning. My husband and I bought a new trailer from Pulse Rv. We had some issues after purchase. However these were quickly addressed. We did a walk through with the GM ****, in April. And he also delivered our trailer at the end of April, to our campground. At the time of the walk through things were ok. During delivery **** helped my husband set up the trailer. I was handed the envelope with the keys and all paperwork. At this time **** left. He was gone the first time we opened the trailer. There are many issues and these things I am sending you. None of these were present on the walk through. I have had some emails back and forth and **** the persons dealing with this warranty stuff stopped responding to our emails. On May 12 **** advised that Gulfstream responds back to them within 2-5 days. It has been a month. We truly do not know what to do. Any help or advise would be most welcomed

      Purchased a new rv for $42000 April 28th, picked trailer up may 6th. Was not given much time to look through the product before taking home. Once home the following was found 3 drawers in entrance way were misaligned, handles were all installed crooked and back of drawers were cut poorly and wood shards were visible on all seams. - the freezer door handle fell off and would not reattach and the fridge door was starting to do the same. - poorly attached trim and staples visible everywhere -caulking falling off in shower area. - broken support on dining table bench -Bathroom door not aligned so would not close properly -Front door needs to be slammed to close and still wants to open. -all interior cupboard screws are rusting. -outdoor speakers will not work - keys to main door were not given to us so they had to give us a master key to be able to lock door - 1 main wall has bubbling and seem to be wood splinters under the wallpaper A few issues were fixed from dealer after 2 weeks of being returned to the lot (when they quoted a few days) . That was the freezer handle and broken support on bench. Now all other issues they say are just cosmetic and can be fixed at a later date with seem tape. Asked to exchange for a better condition unit they refused multiple times, asked to return trailer for a full refund multiple times (they refused) at 1 time the sales manager said it's our trailer now and that's between us and the bank (it is financed). They sold a new trailer that is in a used condition state and are saying they can just tape over holes as a solution to the problem when the warranty company is even refusing to warrantee a water damage issue caused while on their lot prior to selling. I have spoke with a sale manager, service manager and president of the company. I have also requested the owners of the company to e mail me as the business would not give me their email. Still have not received a reply from the owners or a satisfactory solution from the president
