Beware! Do not hire this company unless you want damaged property and your lives put in danger!I just moved here with my family and hired this company. We were running off of 3hrs of sleep as we just moved from ******* and didn't realize at first how bad of a job they unloaded our stuff from the uhaul into our home. They put light boxes underneath heavy boxes. Put the boxes that were labeled fragile underneath other boxes. In one room they put boxes and items over a heat register resulting in items being melted as a cause of it. And another heat register was covered by our deepfreeze. We found our fishing rods, my violins one was in a box that said violin and the other violin was in a case, our snowboard, my husband new ***** rc truck, and an axe laying crushed on the floor underneath heavy items. The boxes even were broken from the weight of the heavy ones. Thought it would be common sense to not put items like that. They took no accountability and just kept saying "that's the moving industry". Maybe you should take pride in your work and try not to damage people's stuff. As well as covering the heat registers could have caused a fire.My husband started his shift work right away while I have fibromyalgia and taking care of our 6 month old. So when it came to unpacking it took a bit to get everything unpacked. So it was about a week before we could get to ************ where we found how bad it was with our decorations melted to the heat register. And damaged items. Tried looking for out tv which was leaning against the wall behind all the boxes you unloaded. The melted items is unforgiveable which seemed like you could care less. You put my family in danger. That could have started a fire in our new home.We took lots of pictures to show them. We didn't get a response after sending pictures to resolve the issue. It's been a month and we still don't have a receipt. Its been a month now and the company has made no effort to resolve the issue.
