    Noticed window seals failed after moving into my new build. Reached out to them and after a while was finally told someone would come take a look. Gave my phone number and was told someone would set up an appointment and they never did.I've sent multiple emails over several years with photos proving failed seals and they just ignore them.They DO NOT stand behind their warranty and their method is to ignore you until you go away, so that they do not have to deal with their faulty product.

    Very bad and worst product.using very very cheap material at my home all the windows sashes are broken within 1 year .and the guy name ******** install the windows told me it's under warranty.no one is taking responsibility.i will rate less than zero no after sales service.please contact me I can share my whole house windows. Photos.some are not moving from the first day.try to open in summer not working.i have spent more than $8000 .i took all the stickers off for fancy window with myself and their record also saying that its installed from fancy with third party .on all my windows.i can share more pictures .the guy told me this is best fancy windows from ********.i tried to call them.fancy people told me .you did not bought directly with us.i have windows in my basement from Applol .nothing happen from the last 8 years and moving properly You can reach me to show further photos .honestly don't waste your money .if fancy do not own it.i have installed 7 windows including 1 bay window.I have already posted the broken windows pictures on their website reviews
