5 starsWe had an excellent experience with Permanent; one of the best I have ever had dealing with a contractor in replacing all 33 windows in our home. We selected Permanent because of their hardware and the European tilt/turn styles after meeting them at a ******* home show. Selecting configurations, coatings and hardware, the upfront process with our **** ******* was very detailed, diligent and focused on checking and double checking. Because the product was coming from ****** expect up to 4 months delivery but also expect the windows to be ready on-time,The installation itself was very well executed taking 12 days from start to finish. ****, **** and their team did an excellent job of the installation and with the new trim installed, one can't tell that the windows were replaced either inside or out. Having seen problems with other window replacements with other projects in our area, we were expecting a very expensive replacement of our stucco, but because of the quality of Permanent's work we were able to avoid the stucco project,Thank you for a job well done.*** and ******Review fromBeata B

5 starsExceptional service from start to finish. ****** truly believes in company values and her warm personality and expertise won us over when choosing company for our project. The installation process itself was seamless! Our installers: **** and ******** were very professional, efficient and their attention to details was impressive.
