    I had an appointment with him tonight (that I confirmed via email and through his service). He was supposed to come by between 5pm-8pm. I wasted my whole night waiting. He didn't call, text, or email to let me know he'd be late or unavailable for the appointment. 3 hours is already a ridiculous amount of time to ask someone to wait for you and to not show up, without even a courtesy call or text, is unprofessional. I emailed at 8pm asking if he was still intending to come and got a response at 8:20 that the crew was running late and the appointment was "rescheduled". It wasn't rescheduled, he just didn't show up. Beyond rude.Don't waste your time.

    David dropped by our home to view the tree we were looking to have cut down, on Sunday, May 8, 2022. The tree was about 40 feet high and had died a couple of years ago. David's receptionist called back shortly after our meeting and indicated David could cut the tree down on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.David and his assistant arrived on the Tuesday and the tree was cut down, the trunk cut into manageable firewood, and the yard cleaned up in a total of about one hour.My wife and I were very impressed with David's knowledge and approach to the project and with the professionalism and efficiency in which David and his assistant undertook and completed the work; we were also very impressed with David's emphasis on safety.We would whole heartedly recommend David The Tree Guy for tree removal services. *************************
