Return procedures

When returning a non-defective or a defective item, you must include a note containing your Online_Order Number and a request for replacement or refund. No returns will be accepted without a CanadaInks.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the package and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip enclosed. Include your daytime phone number and email address. All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge as new capacity. Please send your returns to:

Please allow up to 7 business days after they receive your return for your repair, replacement or refund to be processed. All credits will be made within 7 working days to the credit card holder. Credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant.
Canada Inks will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by CanadaInks or replacement product is received. CanadaInks cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If CanadaInks determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then CanadaInks reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labor at Canada Inks current labor rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. Canada Inks will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.
