    EXTRA FEES PUT ON **** AFTER SERVICES PROVIDED.This spa at the ** Marriott already has above average prices for treatments. I entered into a contract with them at the price of $250 for massage and booked by phone where I provided a credit card. I was directed to click on a link in an email they sent to give my medical history. There was no information provided about any extra charges when speaking with their agent on the phone.When the treatment was finished they presented the **** which had a forced 20% gratuity ($50). They told me there was no option to remove this. A gratuity is an expression of thanks for a job well done. This forced additional $50 is a fee and nothing more. I question whether this is legal, but it is certainly unethical business behaviour. When I reviewed the email with the link there was a large block of small print where it was hidden that a fee would be added, but that was not clear on their website pricing.Do not use a service that forces extra charges on you after the treatment.
