    My experience with YEG Process Serving and an employee named ****** was disappointing. Assured of a crucial submission in early January with an expected response by February 6th, I found discrepancies upon verifying with the court on February 7th. The order, only filed on January 19th, couldn't have been submitted as claimed. Attempts to rectify this with ****** led to more inconsistencies and eventually a complete lack of communication, forcing me to handle the legal steps independently.Despite efforts for a professional resolution, I was met with silence, highlighting a significant breakdown in communication and trust. This review, not intended as a personal attack on ******, reflects the impact of these issues on my experience.I'm open to resolving this matter through acknowledgment, corrective actions, and constructive dialogue. This honest reflection aims to provide insights for others and underscore the importance of transparency and effective communication in professional settings.

    I have no idea what is up with this business, I gave them all the information they required, including my credit card, and never heard from them again. They won't answer calls, texts or emails. I strongly suggest you find someone else.

    **************** You submitted your request online on March 14, 2023 and selected the Regular Priority option which is 10 days. This is detailed on both the website you made the submission and the submission form when you checked off the box indicating you have read and understood this.On March 20, 2023, six days after your submission, we are suddenly being spam called and emailed by yourself. With that, I note, that your calls were not even related to the service we were providing, they were accusations that we frauded your credit card or within that nature, to which I can confirm we have not charged your credit card anything.This review appears to be made as you were expecting to pay the **************** yet expecting an expedited service which did not happen.Unfortunately, there are days which are busier than others, so some phone calls are missed and emails are not responded to right away. That said, when a file is out in the field, we may not have immediate updates as you expected. You attempted to contact us one day and now saying "never hear from them again".Further more, the address you provided was incomplete and incorrect as it was a mix between a PO Box and a Physically address. You did contact our office and discussed this with us prior to your online submission and we did advise we had the resources to find addresses, however, those are not always overnight tasks which was explained to you and you sounded to have understood. Given, this review, it appears, you actually did not, understand our conversation, and you were just expecting something quick, which unfortunately is not always possible.Given your expectation, the circumstances of your file, and the content of this review, it appears you may have found someone else to assist, therefore, I am going to assume it is taken care of and will be closing this file. As a courtesy, we have not charged you for the work invested, nor will we. Thank you
