    My business hired this process server to serve court documents for a civil claim. Payment of $175 was made and documents were dropped off on December 12, 2023. I was told that 3 attempts would be made to serve the defendant. I was told I would get a receipt. I was also told that he would try to serve once every 2 days. I have not received any contact from this company since December 12, 2023. No receipt or communication regarding attempts to serve. Multiple phonecalls, voice-mail and texts have been sent with no response. His Google page shows that he is closed every day. It's like he fell off the face of the earth and has my copy of important documents.
