    We purchased a high end nylon carpet for Alberta Carpet which was recommended by the owner, and has a ten year warranty. After 4 years, we have noticed that the carpet has major appearance issues and is not standing up as it was supposed to. The owner is not honoring the warranty, and we are very disappointed with product and service.
