    I made a purchase on 06/18/2023 for *****. Which was the only price I saw when signing up. When I got my receipt it said there was a ***** recurring fee. I sent an email to please cancel for that reason. On Monday I got an email saying they would cancel after the ***** became due, keeping my *****. I never used any portion of the product and will not use it. I want a refund of *****. I would never use a company so hard up for other people's money. I will continue to write until I get my refund. I have to leave a star rating or I can't post. I will post a 1 just so I can leave my review. But it is a LIE.*******************

    ***** as you misunderstood the option you selected, YESTERDAY JUNE 21 you were refunded 100% of your $67 payment . We confirmed that yesterday using the email you provided to us. We will resend to you that confirmation and kindly ask that you check with your card provider as we have confirmation on this end that the payment WAS refunded. Your card provider however may not have updated the transaction on your end, this can take 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our response from yesterday resent to you again now at *************************
