    Contacted this company to get some hardyboard on my 5 year old house reattached as it was coming away, very high up couldnt do it myself. Neighbours needed some siding reattached. Thought, hey, two similar jobs maybe well get some sort of discount right? they said they would. Quoted 300 for both jobs total. I originally asked if height would be an issue, they said no. *** arrives, heights an issue, needs to rent a ladder at my expense no big deal. Also originally asked if I needed to be home, they said no. *** ends up fixing the wrong side of the house. Has to come back and fix the proper side, does no issue cant fault the actual contractor. Handyman connection charges me and my neighbour 350ish a piece. Contact them asking what happened. They said I authorized the work man had to fix both sides. No I did not I authorized a ladder. Asked them why it cost double, they said he was here all day. True he was but he fixed something I did not ask him to because the intake person at handyman connection didnt bother to fully understand the work. TLDR; I was charged over double due to the poor practices of the company.
