      we had a contract with this business to provide garbage services. they were advised on July 25, 2022 that the business was closed. they are still charging the account on a monthly basis for the full amount of the service even though they have not provided any services

      Good morning, when we received the complaint on Dec. 14, 2022, we emailed customer in the first time explained the miscommunication between us. We informed customer in July, 2022 that we can relocate the bin to their new address to continue the service, and also requested a formal cancellation letter if customer requests the early termination of services, however, there was no response from this customer. After that, we tried to contact customers but the emails undeliverable and phone # is in busy tone.

      We promised we will refund them from August, and requested their mailing address that we can send out the cheque to, but still have not got their response so far. Now the bin was removed from their site on Dec. 19, please find ******** email that we sent to customer on Dec. 15.

      We take the customer services and experience very seriously, if we receive any inquires or requests from customers, we always respond in the first time.

      On Sept 1, **** we signed an agreement with 310DUMP for 3 years for monthly garbage pick up for $63.00 per month and exchange /removal of bin for $125.00.It was noticed and conveyed to 310DUMP that after removal of garbage the driver used to leave the bin open with the lids stuck between the building wall and garbage bin (as can be seen in the picture taken today October 12, 2022). There is no way that we can flip and close the cover/lids without moving the Dumpster, which is impossible for a person (or even 4 persons). THE DRIVER RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF GARBAGE LEFT THE *** OPEN. On July 23, 2022 we saw the bin of fire since the lids were open anyone could toss in a burning cigarette or burning match stick to trigger the fire. We did our best to extinguish the fire by using 2 fire extinguishers we had and called 911. We informed 310DUMP about the incident and they changed the bin and took out $2117.50 from our credit card without our approval since the credit card was on the file. In the agreement it mentions that they will charge $125 for exchanging the bin. WHY SHOULD WE BE PENALIZED FOR THE ACT THAT WE DID NOT DO AND COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE 310DUMP WOULD HAVE CLOSED THE ***** We acted to the best of our ability to protect the bin, building and human life. Its a disgrace to rip off innocent customers like us. There is a reason to have lids on bin so why does this company leave the bin open in such a way that the lids get stuck between the building and dumpster.We want our money back ($2117.50) as can be seen on two invoices ($236.95 +$1880.55). Its strong metal bin and to restore it all you have to do is paint it. OUR INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT COVER IT as it is your mistake.I am attaching the invoices which adds to $2117.50, our agreements and picture of bin with the lids stuck between the building and bin, and firefighters controlling fire.We can not pay this amount to credit card company so they are charging us interest every month.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1.  Provide us a proof of agreement that was signed by us.

      2. Provide us the documentation by 3rd party stating the "it was totally destroyed by the fire and lost its integrity and strength" and "the properties of the steel change. It results in permanent changes in the steel microstructure and a significant strength reduction"

      3. Documentation of purchasing a New Bin?

      If you are unable to answer our questions, you have no right to charge us $2117.50 from our credit card without our approval. KINDLY RETURN OUR MONEY BACK.
