    We went with *******, the owner of ACE Design and Drafting because he was one of the few firms that picked up his phone, ******* seems like a nice person. This is probably the only good thing about using *******, He was accessible. But once you got a hold of him, he didnt deliver on his contracted items. He said whatever he had to do to get the contract and then made excuses for not delivering. (its your Contractor, Its the County., Its your electrician., They dont understand, I have been doing this for 40 years and have never had any problem.) Every contact was painful as we had to rediscuss what we had previously decided. It was challenging for ******* to stay focused on our project, and not losing our plans, every time he sent revisions to our building plans there were serious mistakes, Basic stuff like copying and pasting from previous jobs that were totally different than ours. He did not understand current building codes and would always default to I have been doing it for 40 years one inspector had to tell him that you have been doing it wrong for 40 years (Bracing walls).Look at ********** review and we can agree that our experience was very similar.We had to hire other professionals to clean up what ******* did, and we are suing him in small claims court. Not so much to recoup the money we lost by hiring others to do his contracted work, but maybe by adding an additional lawsuit to his agenda, this will help ******* realize that he is really ******* ******, and he does not have the complete skills to do this type of work in todays building environment.I really did want this to work out, but it was a disaster. We do not recommend his services.
