  This company has been a nightmare to work with. We had an agreement to get my sports jersey framed a specific way with pictures of the mockup for the framer to follow. I asked for progress pictures and rather than sending me any, he only sent me a picture after he had finished building the frame, which took him 3 months to get done. When he sent me the picture, it was nothing like I asked for. He told me he wanted to fix it. I agreed but told him to call me or text me with progress pictures, so the mistake doesn't happen again.We then discussed a new plan with a new mockup to follow. After that I didn't hear from him for 2 months even though I asked him for an update. He finally called me saying he is on vacation, and he hasn't worked on it. I told him, "you have had my jersey for 5 months and I would like it back" and then we discussed that I would pick up just the jersey, patches, and rings that I own, but I did not want the framing as it was not what I asked for. When contacting the company on Aug 8th to pick up my belongings he told me the work is complete, even though I asked him not to finish it.There are many issues with the work he did. For example, the rings in the jersey frame are upside down, no pictures of the players are there like I wanted, and the layout is wrong. The owner of this company also had someone else complete the work while he was on holidays, which I did not agree to. The owner did not tell me someone else would be doing his work for him. When requesting the jersey back as previously discussed he refused to give it back to me. The jersey is at an unknown location because the owner had someone else do the work for him and he won't tell me who it is. He told me to take him to court if I want to get my jersey back. I again told him that there was no communication of the progress on the jersey, and I pointed out the obvious flaws. He agreed with me about the flaws but still refuses to give me my jersey back.
