    I gave them an etransfere of 84.00 on nov 4 now they went and nsf my bank account 84 .00 on nov 11 now I have a nsf on my account of 46.00 after I paid them in full on nov 4 there trying to get 2 payment a month instead of 1

    Client's spouse sent an e-transfer with no identifying information. The email used for the e-transfer was not the one noted on the client's account and emailing the e-transfer email was not successful. The email bounced back. Our billing department did not successfully confirm this payment and apply it to an account (of course they didn't know where to apply it) before their(client's) automatic billing was processed on the 10th. Automatic billing on the 10th of each month is the primary payment method. If an account balance is cleared before the billing date, an automatic payment will then not be processed. A credit was applied to the account once we were contacted and after multiple interactions with the client, the account will be cancelled at customer's request after credit is used.

    I had 2 1/2 months of service Internet I owed 4 which is around 250 at Max this morning I got my first student loan of 690 and they took $606 out of my account saying that I hold them that much for 2 1/2 months of Internet service and after waiting online for over an hour I politely asked and delegated as professionally as I could requesting $600 - $250 . Which would be $350 returned back to me and they just flat out said no . The equipment I still have upstairs should show 2 1/2 months of service only and then it was cut off there saying it was still going we tried it wasn't we even called in they said it should be on but it wasn't several attempts of communication but only a quarter of communication was recorded. Me and my family would like the remainder . That was my student loan to cover the entire month until the middle of August now I have nothing.
