      I wired $62,000 to Zerosquared/BLINK Tiny Homes for them to build me a tiny home. They did not provide me the plans/specs required for me to get permits, so I requested a refund. I received no tiny home. They would not refund my money and refused to answer me or my attorney. They basically stole my $62,000.

      Buying a Zero Squared Tiny home was the worst decision I have ever made. We have had our tiny home for a little over 2 years and we had a good rain one day and the front door started leaking and caused the door the swell and the door frame to become warped. I called immediately to report the issue, I got an email requesting pictures and videos to which I followed up with. For 3 months I never got a response or a follow up, it wasn't until I reached out to a lawyer and threated them with a lawsuit that they called me back. ***** ****** agreed they had dropped the ball and were not communicating well with me. He agreed to fix it and that there was an issue and they would pay for the repairs. A week later our tiny home caught fire due to faulty wiring from this company. We had a home inspect come out and inspect the wiring on our unit and they found other faulty wiring connections and not properly grounded wires. I reached out to ***** ****** the owner of Zero Squared and let him know what had happened and he said they would do what ever it would take to get it fixed. I followed up with pictures and video per his request. Its been 2 weeks and we don't have a home to live in due to smoke and fire damage and ***** ****** is no were to be found. We are going to let our insurance company run it course. I have followed up with our warranty paperwork to our insurance company and they will be suing Zero Squared.

      Purchased a tiny home on wheels from Zerosquared in 2021. We encountered many delays due to post-pandemic supply chain issues, weather, and the home was finally delivered in early 2023 with some minor damage caused by delivery driver. Zerosquared provided a replacement stabilizer **** at no cost and we completed the minor repair to exterior paint and siding ourselves. The home was not put into use until the fall of 2023, due some issues on our side with site power, at which point we discovered a fault in the HVAC/heat pump system. A repair estimate of $1000 was approved by Zerosquared and we proceed to hire a certified technician who repaired the issue at a cost of $1428.49 incl taxes. Work was completed on Dec.9, 2023 and the invoice was forwarded to Zerosquared on Dec.20, 2023. We had some back and forth communication over email regarding the total cost of work and the full amount was approved in writing by ********************* (new Managing Partner) on Feb.27, 2024 with a commitment to reimburse the full amount in 2 weeks. Since then we have made left several voice messages and sent half a dozen emails trying to reach the company. No one ever answers the phone or returns our calls. We have only had one reply from the admin assistant on Apr.4, 2024 saying both ********************* and *********************** (our sales rep who we also tried contacting) were out of town. Throughout the entire process since the initial contract was signed, the company has been slow to respond or non-responsive to inquires.

      I cancelled my purchase with ZeroSquared in ********* ****. They committed (in writing, via email) to refund my ******* deposit by the end on ******** ****. ******** came and went. They then (after repeated and progressively more demanding emails) committed to the end of ******** ****. That date came and went as well. They do not answer their phone. They are your best friend until it comes to meeting a deadline, which they also couldn't do if their lives depended on it.
