    I gave one star BECAUSE I HAD TO in order to leave a review. If GlobalTill is no longer supporting their product and their re-sellers are unable to adequately fix the product, why are we all still trying? I don't expect magic and try to understand chains of command and authorities and abilities to work on electronic property but I am expecting transparency. I am left questioning who knows what and why I, as the end user, is left feeling lied to on a daily basis.

    We have faced a national global outage with this system first on August 23rd 2024 and now again on September 11th, 2024 as of 11am and as of 9pm still no fix or update. They do not care about the business using the system but will gladly bill you every month. If you are on this system GET OUT NOW, the ship is sinking. Since this went down at 11am we can not get reports, can not receive stock coming in, and it will not update our website with inventory affecting every corner of our business. We are told that Star POS the reseller of this can only contact whatever support department they have left by leaving a message with the receptionist. This company is a bunch of crooks!

    We are experiencing the same issues ****************They have completely gone dark with no response to any kind of contact. They have removed their Support and do not respond to any type of request for support. When you call their contact number you are forwarded to Star POS who is a third party distributor of GlobalTill, to whom I have spoken to and they are having the same issues.Yet they continue to send the monthly invoices, of which I am not going to pay until I get some type of response from them.This is also creating huge difficulties with our POS system and will create total shut down if it fails.

    They have not responded to many requests to fix major reporting issues. They have 'gone dark' and are unreachable. It has greatly impacted our business and we have lost confidence in the longevity of the company. This makes me think they are about to go out of business.
