    On August 28, 2023, Pre-Payment of services to install pigeon guards around solar panels at my primary residence was completed. An appointment date of September 12, 2023 was confirmed for the installation. The confirmed date came and went without work being completed. After contact several times, new booking dates were provided between September 15 and end of October 2023. Again, installation was never completed of the required guards. In November during a phone conversation with the main office, it was determine the installation got "Missed" somehow. With this new information a refund was promised for the money paid for installation. As of April 15, 2024, no refund has been received, and company is not returning phone calls or emails. At this point I just want the work completed or my money returned.
