    Sunset was able to add my Moms name and dates to an existing marker on very short notice. They had maintained the records from 18 years prior and were able to expedite the work without needing to do a marker 'rub'. They were prompt with emails and phone calls, and a pleasure to work with.

    When my son passed away in 2022 I knew I wanted a special monument to mark his resting place. From the first meeting where I shared my vision, to the multiple conversations as we refined the details, to the delivery of the final product, every interaction with the team was handled with such care and compassion. The team at Sunset Memorial were incredibly patient and dedicated to ensuring every detail met our expectations. The monument was finalized in ******* and shipped to eastern ****** for install. The care and attention they gave to ensuring its safe delivery was outstanding and we are so incredibly happy with the result. It exceeds what we thought would be possible.. and we will be forever grateful for your dedication, care and compassion.

    I ended up using the services of Sunset Memorial for headstones for both of my parents who passed away years apart. In both instances all the people there were kind, professional, experienced, willing to give ideas but still allowing me to decide, and all that wrapped up in understanding what a person goes through at such a time. For personal reasons I had a long delay in finalizing the headstone for one parent after the stone was ordered, and even then they were patient and understanding while at the same time touching base with me every once in a while on how the planning was going. I worked over the years (15!) with multiple persons there so I won't name names, but I will say they were without exception all the kindest people a person could want for such an undertaking.

The artist ****** was amazing to work with and the team at Sunset was always willing to accommodate changes. The end result was truly outstanding and is a beautifully stunning, unique piece of art that will be treasured for generations.
