    We ordered an item from ******* since Dec. 2022, second week, they used Loomis express to deliver the product and received an email that my item has been delivered but when I checked our mailbox it wasnt there! Then, phoned Loomis and said wait until Jan. 5th. Today, my son call Loomis again to confirm if the item will be delivered today and the person he talked to said that we should have a bus code for the item to be delivered in our apartment and we dont have bus code hes talking about! We will not receive the product unless we have tgat bus code, that was the guy said on the phone! We lived in an apartment 2 years already and havent heard that thing! We used to have deliveries also from other couriers and we dont have difficulty receiving the product. So, I myself called Loomis and the same thing said by the lady whos so rude when I said that how come the customer know their policy of having a bus code before receiving the product that they ordered?! She said that it should be picked up on their depot in the area. I said that thats why we ordered it online because we wanted it to deliver at home since it was a gift for my husband! Shes so rude and never ask for an apology for the confusion from their policy that it shouldnt be delivered at home unless no bus code! I was upset and frustrated with their service! And, she hang up the phone while I am still talking! Bad service at all! Never deal with this company anymore! Employees at customer ********************** doesnt know how to resolve any queries!
